About Mike Lima

Mike Lima has successfully executed over 2,000 real estate investment transactions, with a cumulative transaction value of over $300,000,000. Such investments have included Residential Deals, Multi-Family, Commercial, and Raw Land Development deals, ranging from single-family homes to 100+ acre parcels, under various investment entities.
Mr. Lima is a former corporate executive who leveraged his previous part-time real estate investment activities into full-time endeavors for the past twenty years. He was born on Long Island, New York, and grew up near Philadelphia, PA. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh system, and started his professional career with Arthur Andersen & Co., where he became a CPA and got broad experience with diverse industries. Mr. Lima spent 18 years in corporate management positions, where his responsibilities included Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Strategic Planning, Business Development and Operations. At the age of 26, Mr. Lima became the Corporate Controller of a $100 million consumer products company; then went on to become the CFO of that organization, and the COO of an international software development company. He has done extensive international business travel, has helped raise over $10 million of venture capital, and has overseen all aspects of corporate organizations.
In real estate, Mr. Lima has been a real estate investor since 1992, and has been a full time investor and developer since 2003. He has executed over 300 remodels/flips, along with more than 2,000 wholesale flips and 100 buy/holds. He buys with cash, private money, and is also adept at buying on terms (structuring seller financing). His investments are typically highly profitable, routinely providing strong cash on cash returns. In addition, Mr. Lima coaches/mentors other investors and provides educational training. Mr. Lima lives in Arizona and has 3 children, including twins. In addition to spending time with his kids, he enjoys traveling and endurance sports such as running/biking mountains, and playing/coaching basketball.
